Waterloo Hosting is pleased to offer free migration from third-party cPanel hosts to its servers. If your current hosting company also uses cPanel, simply open a ticket with our support team, with the link to your full backup (cpmove file), or access details to your existing cPanel accounts, and we will help you with the migration.
Migrations are completed in 1-3 business days depending of the size of the website and post-migration updates requirements.
We currently do not assist with manual migrations or migrations from non-cPanel hosts, although we are always available to provide support and advice as needed.
